What the package covers
₹50,000, one fixed fee, never a percentage of what you recover.
- Every document in the pack, drafted, filled and checked, each as its own download.
- The advocate reads the pack against your case before anything is filed.
- Stamp paper for the affidavit, indemnity bond and surety undertaking, at the value your state prescribes, bought and the documents printed on it for you.
- Where your case needs a succession certificate, probate or letters of administration, the advocate drafts, files and appears for it.
Not included: court fees, which the court sets as a percentage of the estate’s value and which are paid to the court, and travel outside Delhi NCR if a hearing elsewhere requires it. You are told these before anything is filed.
